Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available via the website https://nomini-au-au.com (the "Website") and any related mirrors, mobile versions or applications targeting users in Australia, operated under the Nomini brand. By accessing, registering an account or using any part of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Operator means Rabidi N.V., a private limited liability company registered in Curaçao with registration number 151791, having its registered office at Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1, Willemstad, Curaçao, and, where applicable, its related payment-processing entity Tilaros Limited in Cyprus, insofar as it processes payments for the Website.
  • Website means the online gambling platform operated under the Nomini brand and made available at https://nomini-au-au.com and any related subdomains, mirror sites or mobile versions directed to users in Australia (collectively referred to here as "Nomini").
  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an account, places a bet, uses bonuses, or otherwise uses the services offered on the Website.

  • Bonus means any promotional value credited by the Operator to a Player's Account, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournament prizes and loyalty rewards, which may be subject to additional specific terms and wagering requirements.
  • Real Money Balance means funds deposited by the Player (and any winnings derived from such funds) which are not subject to wagering requirements, except as explicitly provided in specific promotional terms.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Legal Restrictions

  • Age requirement: You may only register and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old, or above the minimum legal age for online gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher. The Operator reserves the right to request evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification fails or is not completed.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: The Services are offered on an offshore basis under a Curaçao licence (8048/JAZ issued by Antillephone N.V.). Australia is a Restricted Jurisdiction under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and ACMA has requested the blocking of the Nomini brand as operating in breach of that Act. By registering, you expressly acknowledge that:
    • the Services are not authorised, licensed or regulated by Australian authorities;
    • your use of the Services from Australia may be illegal under Australian law and at your own risk;
    • the Operator does not solicit or encourage use where it is unlawful and may restrict or close Accounts if required by law or regulatory action.

Registration Process

  • Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing at least your full name, date of birth, address, country of residence, email address, and a chosen password and username. You must confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to the email you provided. Until verification is completed, certain features (including deposits, betting or withdrawals) may be restricted.
  • KYC and verification: At registration or at any later time, the Operator may request:
    • a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driver's licence);
    • proof of address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months);
    • proof of payment method ownership (e.g. partial card copy, e-wallet screenshot);
    • information about the source of funds or source of wealth.
    Failure to provide accurate and legible documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of the Account, voiding of bets, and/or confiscation of funds where required by law or the licence conditions.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of information: You must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the life of your Account. You agree to promptly inform the Operator of any changes to your personal details, including address, email, payment methods and residency. The Operator may rely on your declarations and shall not be liable for losses resulting from your provision of incorrect or misleading information.
  • Single Account: Each Player may only hold one Account on the Website. Creating multiple Accounts, including under different names or emails, is strictly prohibited and may lead to cancellation of bets, voiding of bonuses, and closure of all related Accounts.
  • Password and security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must:
    • choose a strong password not used on other sites;
    • keep your login details confidential and not share them with any third party;
    • log out after each session and ensure your devices are secure.
    You must notify the Operator immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach. The Operator will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to receiving such notice and having reasonable time to act.
  • Use for personal, non-commercial purposes: The Services are provided solely for your personal entertainment. You may not use your Account for professional gambling, arbitrage betting, money laundering, or any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each game available on the Website is governed by its own specific rules, payout tables and random number generator (RNG) principles, as displayed within the game interface or help section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the applicable game rules.
  • Currency: The Operator may support multiple account currencies. The base account currency and exchange rate applied to deposits, bets and withdrawals are displayed in your profile. Any currency conversion fees or differences in exchange rates are borne by you.

Placing Bets

  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has minimum and maximum stake limits, which are determined by the Operator and/or the game supplier and displayed within the game. The Operator reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, refuse stakes that exceed limits or that otherwise appear suspicious, and impose Account-specific limits for risk management or responsible gambling reasons.
  • Bet confirmation: A bet is considered accepted and valid once it is displayed in the game history or transaction log as "placed" or "accepted" and deducted from your available balance. If there is any disagreement about whether a bet has been accepted, the Operator's server logs and game records will be final.
  • Sufficient funds: Bets may only be placed if your Account holds sufficient available balance (real money or eligible bonus funds). If a technical or human error allows a bet to be placed without sufficient funds, the Operator may void the bet and adjust your balance to the correct amount.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Player-requested cancellation: Once a bet has been accepted by the system, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. Exceptions may exist for specific games explicitly offering cancellation or cash-out features, in which case the conditions shown in the game interface apply.
  • Operator cancellation: The Operator may, at its sole discretion, cancel or void any bet (in whole or in part) where:
    • a technical failure (including RNG malfunction, misconfiguration, display error or network disruption) affected the outcome or acceptance of the bet;
    • the bet resulted from a manifest error in odds, payouts or game configuration;
    • fraud, collusion, exploitation of loopholes or other prohibited conduct is suspected;
    • regulatory or legal requirements (including ACMA blocking actions or orders) necessitate voiding certain bets.
    In such cases, the Operator's usual approach is to return the original stake to the Player, unless legal or regulatory requirements mandate otherwise.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Behaviour standards: When using live casino tables, chat features or any interactive elements, you must:
    • refrain from using abusive, obscene, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory or otherwise offensive language;
    • avoid spamming, advertising, promoting other websites or services, or posting personal data of yourself or others;
    • respect dealers, other Players and staff at all times.
  • Fraud and collusion: You must not:
    • collude with other Players, use bots or automated tools, or employ advantage play strategies that exploit software bugs or loopholes;
    • manipulate games, outcomes or bonuses through coordinated or deceptive behaviour;
    • use VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise your location in order to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions, AML/KYC checks or bonus rules.
    The Operator may investigate suspected misconduct, freeze balances and temporarily suspend or permanently close Accounts, void relevant bets, and withhold funds where required by law, licence conditions or AML/CTF obligations.

Game Results and Records

  • Determination of results: The outcome of each game is determined by the game's certified RNG or by the live dealer equipment operated by the game provider. In case of discrepancy between your device display and the game server records, the latter will prevail.
  • Game history: You may access your recent game and transaction history via your Account. The Operator may retain records for the period required by applicable law, licence or AML/CTF obligations, but does not guarantee permanent availability of all historical data to Players.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Separate bonus rules: Each Bonus or promotion offered on Nomini is subject to these general Bonus Terms and to any specific conditions published on the promotion page, email, banner or other communication. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted by country, currency, payment method, player segment, previous activity or other criteria. The Operator reserves the right to grant or withhold Bonuses at its discretion, and to modify or remove promotions at any time.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Bonus activation: To receive a Bonus, you may need to:
    • opt in on the promotion page or in your account;
    • enter a bonus code during registration or deposit;
    • make a qualifying deposit of at least the specified minimum amount.
    Some Bonuses (e.g. welcome offers) may only be available once per Player, household, IP address or device.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise:
    • deposit Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (e.g. 30x, 35x, 40x or more) on the Bonus amount, or on the sum of deposit plus Bonus;
    • free spins winnings are converted into Bonus funds and must be wagered a specified number of times before being converted to real money;
    • only eligible games contribute toward wagering; some games may contribute a reduced percentage or not at all.
    Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion (for example, within 7, 14 or 30 days, and in any event not later than 31 December 2026 for promotions offering fixed long-term validity). Unmet wagering within the timeframe results in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Game Restrictions and Prohibited Actions

  • Restricted games: Certain games or categories (for example, some jackpot games, table games, live casino or low-risk wagers such as equal-money bets) may be excluded from Bonus wagering or contribute only partially. A list of excluded or restricted games, where applicable, is provided in the promotion terms or the general bonus rules on the Website.
  • Betting patterns: When playing with an active Bonus, you must comply with:
    • maximum bet limits per spin or game round, as specified in the promotion terms (for example, a maximum of AUD 7.50 or equivalent per spin);
    • a prohibition on placing single large bets following a series of small bets, or on using bonus funds for minimal-risk strategies designed to artificially clear wagering.
    The Operator may deem the following prohibited: betting above the allowed maximum, two-tier betting (e.g. low-risk rounds followed by high-risk bets), collusion, hedging bets across different Accounts, or any other strategy intended to abuse Bonuses.

Combining Promotions and Abuse

  • Non-cumulative nature: Unless expressly stated, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active deposit Bonus may be in play at any time. Attempting to stack multiple deposit Bonuses in parallel may result in the cancellation of one or more Bonuses and associated winnings.
  • Bonus abuse: If the Operator reasonably suspects Bonus abuse, fraud or irregular play, it may:
    • remove the Bonus and any winnings derived from it;
    • adjust your balance to remove unfair advantage;
    • close your Account and refuse future access to the Services;
    • retain any necessary information for regulatory or law enforcement purposes.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: The Website may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers, bank transfers and, where available, certain cryptocurrencies. Specific options available to you depend on your country of residence, currency and payment provider. Some transactions may be processed by Tilaros Limited (Cyprus) or other authorised payment processors on behalf of Rabidi N.V.
  • Ownership of payment methods: You may only deposit using payment instruments registered in your own name. The Operator may require documentary proof of ownership. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed, and any winnings derived therefrom may be voided.
  • Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the chosen method and will be displayed in the cashier section. The Operator may set individual limits for responsible gambling, AML/CTF or risk management purposes.
  • Fees and processing times: The Operator aims to process deposits immediately; however, delays may occur due to banking, network or provider issues. The Operator may, where disclosed in the cashier, charge fees for certain deposit methods. Your bank, card issuer or crypto exchange may also impose fees or foreign exchange charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal methods and conditions: Withdrawals will, where possible, be made via the same method used to deposit, in line with AML and card scheme requirements. If this is not feasible, the Operator may propose an alternative method at its discretion, subject to successful KYC completion.
  • Verification prior to payout: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may conduct KYC checks, including identity, address and payment method verification, and may request additional information regarding the source of funds. Until satisfactory verification is completed, withdrawals can be delayed, limited or refused.
  • Limits and timeframes: The Operator may impose daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, displayed in the cashier or in your Account. While the Operator endeavours to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within 1 - 3 Business Days after approval), actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank or payment provider. In any event, you acknowledge that payouts rely on the Operator's operational cash flow and that no statutory player fund segregation is guaranteed under Curaçao law.
  • Pending withdrawals: You may request cancellation of a pending withdrawal before it is processed, in which case the funds will return to your Account balance. The Operator is under no obligation to accept cancellation requests once processing has commenced.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Handling of Bets

  • Refund policy: Deposits are not generally refundable once used for betting. In exceptional cases (for example, technical errors, duplicate deposits or demonstrable misuse of your payment instrument), the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to AML checks, process a partial or full refund to the original payment method.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without prior good-faith engagement with the Operator, the Operator may:
    • freeze your Account balance and pending withdrawals;
    • provide transaction and KYC data to the payment provider or card scheme;
    • pursue recovery of any amounts owed, including chargeback fees and costs.
  • Technical errors in bets or payouts: If, due to a technical or human error, incorrect odds, payouts or balances are applied, the Operator may retroactively correct the error by adjusting your balance and, where applicable, voiding affected bets. If you have already withdrawn funds that were incorrectly credited, you must return such funds upon request, and the Operator may use lawful collection methods where necessary.

Bonuses and Withdrawals

  • Bonus-related withdrawal restrictions: Withdrawals of funds linked to Bonuses may be restricted until wagering requirements and other conditions are fully met. Attempting to withdraw before completion of requirements may lead to cancellation of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.
  • Order of funds: Unless stated otherwise, real money stakes are usually used before Bonus funds. The specific order of funds usage and the treatment of winnings will be described in the Bonus rules or in the cashier section.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and accuracy: The Operator undertakes to provide the Services using reasonable care and skill, to ensure that games function substantially in accordance with their published rules, and that results are generated by certified RNGs or properly maintained live equipment supplied by reputable providers.
  • Information accuracy: The Operator endeavours to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date. However, typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or temporary omissions may occur. In such cases, the Operator will correct information as soon as reasonably practicable.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical failures: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
    • interruptions, delays or malfunctions of the Website, servers, software or games;
    • network or communication failures, power outages or hardware malfunctions on your side;
    • losses arising from Force Majeure Events, including regulatory blocking actions by ACMA or other authorities, DDoS attacks or other security incidents beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
  • Loss of data or winnings: The Operator is not responsible for:
    • loss or corruption of data, game history or Account information due to technical issues;
    • bets not accepted or recorded due to disconnections, lag or browser crashes;
    • loss of potential winnings that could have been obtained if a game or bet had run without disruption.
  • Legal risks in Australia: You acknowledge that ACMA has identified the Nomini brand as operating in breach of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 and has requested ISPs to block access for Australian residents. The Operator accepts no liability for consequences arising from your decision to access the Services from Australia or any Restricted Jurisdiction, including potential legal risks under local law.

Limit on Compensation

  • Cap on liability: Without prejudice to any non-excludable statutory rights, the maximum aggregate liability of the Operator to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall be limited to:
    • the amount of the Bet or Stake directly associated with the disputed event or transaction; or
    • where no specific Bet is in dispute, the lesser of (i) your net deposits to the Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, and (ii) AUD 5,000 (or equivalent).
  • Excluded damages: In no event shall the Operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption or reputational harm.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Website content: All content on Nomini, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, underlying code and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to the Operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Software and games: The software used to provide the Services, including game clients, RNGs, live casino platforms and back-office systems, remains the exclusive property of the Operator and/or its third-party providers. You are granted only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such software for personal entertainment via the Website.

Restrictions on Use

  • Prohibited acts: You may not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
    • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Website or software;
    • redistribute, transmit, broadcast or otherwise make available the Website or its content to third parties;
    • use any automated tools (including bots, crawlers or scrapers) to access or interact with the Services, except for standard search engine indexing for public pages unrelated to gameplay.
  • Trademarks: The Nomini name, logo and related marks displayed on Nomini are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its group companies. You may not use such marks without prior written approval.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: All personal data collected and processed by the Operator in connection with your use of Nomini is handled in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
  • Data processing: By creating an Account and using the Services, you acknowledge that the Operator may:
    • collect, use and store your personal data for purposes including KYC, AML/CTF compliance, transaction processing, risk management, responsible gambling, customer support and marketing (where permitted);
    • share data with payment processors (such as Tilaros Limited in Cyprus), game providers, verification services and relevant authorities where required by law or licence conditions.
  • International transfers: Your data may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside Australia, including Curaçao and EU countries, which may have different data protection laws. The Operator will take reasonable measures to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Changes to Terms

Amendment Procedure

  • Right to modify: The Operator may amend these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Bonus rules and any other applicable policies at any time, for reasons including but not limited to legal or regulatory changes (including developments concerning the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 and ACMA guidance), product updates, security improvements or operational considerations.
  • Notification: Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to inform you in advance by:
    • sending an email to the address registered on your Account; and/or
    • displaying a prominent notice or banner on Nomini upon login or on the homepage.

Acceptance of Updated Terms

  • Continued use: Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amended provisions, you must:
    • cease using the Website immediately; and
    • contact customer support to close your Account and, where applicable, withdraw any remaining real money balance subject to these Terms and legal requirements.
  • Versioning: The Operator will indicate the date of last update at the top of the Terms and may retain previous versions for archival or regulatory purposes.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, block access to all or part of the Services, and/or withhold funds where it reasonably believes that:
    • you have breached these Terms, Bonus rules or any game-specific rules;
    • you have provided false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
    • you have engaged in fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal or prohibited conduct;
    • you have used VPNs or other methods to circumvent jurisdictional or responsible gambling restrictions;
    • you reside in, or access the Services from, a Restricted Jurisdiction (including Australia) where the Operator, due to ACMA or other regulatory actions, considers it necessary to block or cease service provision;
    • your Account has been inactive for a prolonged period and holding it open is no longer commercially or legally justified.

Procedure and Consequences

  • Notification: Where lawful and practicable, the Operator will notify you of the suspension or closure via the email address registered on your Account, stating the main reason for the decision and, where applicable, any steps you may take to contest or remedy the issue.
  • Access to funds: In cases of termination not related to fraud, AML/CTF concerns or legal prohibitions, the Operator will, subject to successful KYC checks, pay out your remaining real money balance (excluding Bonuses and associated winnings that may be forfeited under relevant rules). Where legal or regulatory obligations require, the Operator may freeze or confiscate funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.
  • Effect of termination: Upon closure of your Account:
    • your licence to use the Services ceases immediately;
    • all active Bonuses and free spins are cancelled;
    • access to your game history and transaction records may be limited, but the Operator may retain records to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Player's Right to Close Account

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via [email protected]. After verifying your identity, the Operator will, where appropriate, process the closure and, subject to applicable checks, pay out your remaining real money balance.
  • Responsible gambling tools: Instead of full closure, you may request temporary self-exclusion, deposit limits or other safer gambling measures where such tools are available on the Website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Curaçao law: These Terms, your Account and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict of laws rules, to the extent that such choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that would otherwise apply.
  • Australian regulatory context: You acknowledge that, notwithstanding the above choice of law, your access to and use of offshore interactive gambling services from within Australia may contravene the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and that ACMA has listed the Nomini brand for blocking as an illegal gambling website. The Operator does not concede to Australian jurisdiction, but may comply with ACMA directions to the extent they affect technical access (for example, blocking measures).

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support via [email protected], providing:
    • your full name and Account details;
    • a clear description of the issue, including dates and relevant transaction or game IDs;
    • any supporting documentation (e.g. screenshots, bank confirmations).
    The Operator will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable time and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 - 21 Business Days, depending on complexity.
  • External escalation: If, after completing the internal complaints process, your issue remains unresolved, you may request details of any available alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or licensing authority contact relating to the Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ (Antillephone N.V.). Availability and procedures may vary depending on regulatory frameworks in force through 2026.
  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory ADR or arbitration procedures under Curaçao law, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao. Nothing in this clause prevents the Operator from seeking injunctive or interim relief in any jurisdiction where your assets or activities are located.
